Assessments that monitor progress can tell teachers, administrators and parents how well students are moving forward in their learning. If students are not progressing satisfactorily then teachers will want to identify the reasons why. Diagnostic assessments can help teachers pinpoint where difficulties lie and enable teachers to adapt their instruction to make sure their students overcome obstacles to learning.

This professional development program will help teachers and administrators select and use diagnostic assessments to benefit student learning.
