ABOUT US

In 2005, the U.S. Department of Education selected WestEd, in partnership with the National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, and Student Testing (CRESST), to operate the Assessment and Accountability Comprehensive Center (AACC).  The AACC implements, evaluates, and improves assessment and accountability systems to support state and district efforts to reach the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) goal of academic proficiency for all students.

The Data Use website has been developed and is regularly updated by CRESST.  The site provides content designed to support the effective use of data for improved student learning at all levels in the educational system.  Please e-mail datause@cse.ucla.edu if you have questions or comments about the site or the information presented here.
